Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which DOO "Appricos" ("ritm", "we", "us", or "our") issues refunds for subscriptions to the ritm queue management platform ("Service").

All payment transactions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and is responsible for processing approved refunds to your original payment method. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Pro or Enterprise subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at legal@appricos.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to paid features until that date.

We do not issue refunds for the unused portion of a billing period following a voluntary cancellation. This applies to both monthly and any annual billing cycles.

2. Billing Errors

If you were charged incorrectly — for example, due to a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — you are entitled to a full refund of the erroneous amount. To request a correction:

  • Contact us at legal@appricos.com within 30 days of the charge.
  • Include your account email address, the transaction date, and a brief description of the issue.

We will investigate and, if a billing error is confirmed, process the refund through Paddle within 5–10 business days. The credit will appear on your statement within an additional 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

3. EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are an individual consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a new subscription contract within 14 calendar days of purchase, without giving any reason.

However, by activating a paid plan and gaining immediate access to the Service, you expressly request immediate performance of the contract. In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, your right of withdrawal is waived once the Service has been fully performed or upon your express consent to immediate delivery combined with your acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost upon full performance.

If you activate a paid plan but have not yet used the Service, you may still exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days by contacting us at legal@appricos.com.

4. Enterprise Plans

Enterprise subscriptions are governed by a separate service agreement negotiated between DOO "Appricos" and the customer. Refund terms, including any pro-rated credits, are defined in that individual agreement. For questions about your Enterprise contract, contact us at legal@appricos.com.

5. Implementation and Setup Fees

One-time implementation, onboarding, or setup fees invoiced separately are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless agreed otherwise in writing. If work has not yet begun, a full refund may be issued upon request.

6. Free Plan

The Free plan carries no charges and is therefore not subject to this Refund Policy.

7. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, email legal@appricos.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • The transaction date and charged amount
  • The reason for your refund request

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically reflect on your statement within 5–10 business days.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers and reflected here with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
